Manic street Preachers used this poem years ago. It was my introduction to Primo Levi, an incredibly resilient man.

Dec 2, 2008 - Ok, I have to admit that the first time I viewed this, the sound of whoosh as it went over my head was deafening. But upon the now second and third viewing, I think I'm beginning to understand. I'm trying to understand.(do we still give credit for trying teacher?)

Dec 2, 2008 - I've actually considered taking this down. The sound is not so good: lots of pops; and I was particularly quiet that morning, being careful to not wake my family.I suppose it's got a bit of a patient zombie voice coming through. "You who've never considered our fate can take your time, because we'll still be dead, and still ready to welcome you to our party."Cue Oingo Boingo: "It's a Dead Man's Party, Who could ask for more?"-but that's me. Lit's too subjective for a simple nutshell.
