I am writing this message in order to give you an answer regarding your statements in Italy about Russia's actions.You have accused Moscow of reverting to old tactics of intimidation and using "brute force." You very well know that Russia has no option but to defend itself.What do you call Georgia's actions to South Ossetia? How do you call the invasion of Iraq under false pretenses? I call it Crimes Against Humanity and use of Brute Force.You have stated that "This chain of aggressive moves and diplomatic reversals has only intensified the concern that many have about Russia's larger objectives,". Russia does not have any large objective, whereas you have planned and actioned The New American Century Project, to establish a New World Order under the US leadership. So, Who has a long plan project?Who has been promoting the expansion of the EU & NATO towards the East and wanting to install missiles and shield defences despite that the Warsaw Pact ceased to exist?You have stated that "At times it appears Russian policy is based upon the desire to impose its will on countries it once dominated, instead of any balanced assessment of security interests,". When I read this statement I thought you were talking about yourself and the US policy? Asumming that the statement were true, then why is it that you and the US can action that statement but others cannot do it?You have said that a senior Russian military official threatened Poland with attack over its involvement in the missile defence system, and added: "That is no way for a responsible power to conduct itself," Can I ask you why it is a responsible US behavior to install the missile defence system in the East of Europe? Is that a responsabible behaviour for a Super Power like the US Mr Cheney?You said as well that "it reflects the discredited notion that any country can claim an exclusive zone of authority, to be held together by muscle and threats," Mr.Cheney, Russia defended itself. When the US was attacked in New York the US declared a worldwide 'war on terror.' But Mr Cheney, that was what you and the US did to the United Nations when your government decided to bypass it to invade Iraq illegaly? It is not the US the first country to apply pre-empty attacks? What is good for the Goose is good for the Gander!!You have also stated that Russia's leaders should consider whether "bullying others will turn out well for their country's future" Russia has not been bullying anyone. Have you realised that the US and YOU are the ones who do that as a main US Neo Conservative policy?I was impressed by the following statement when you said "They cannot presume to gather up all the benefits of commerce, consultation, and global prestige, while engaging in brute force, threats, or other forms of intimidation against sovereign countries." But that is your very same policy Dick Cheney THAT IS YOUR LEGACY TO THE WORLD!! It is your core policy!! That is what the US has been doing for years on global basis.May I give you a piece of advice:The US will not control the world. There is nothing you can do about it. It is not a matter of 'free world', the world is free already Mr. Cheney. Do not make the world to hate more the US.REVIEW your policies!! Do not intervene in other countries's affairs.There was just one Roman Empire.
