Dec 5, 2008 - is it ok to apply lashes b4 any eye makeup.b/c I tried applying them after makeup and eyeliner, but it was hard b/c the eyeshadow got messed up a little and stuck to the glue.can I apply the lashes them cover the clear band w/ liquid eyeliner?

Dec 5, 2008 - if you feel more comfortable putting on the eyelashes before the eyeshadow and eyeliner you can. i like to put the lashes on after b/c then it's hard for me to draw the liquid liner on without the riggidy line, lashes get in the way and just in case, i don't push it close enough to my lashline the liquid liner already covers it up. i apply the liquid liner before and after lashes. i think u should do this how YOU feel comfortable and think it's easier. what may work for me may not work for you.

Dec 5, 2008 - i'm gonna say, practice does make perfect. kohl pencils have never really been good to me so i had to go with the liquid liner...so i learned pretty quick considering i didn't want to walk around with a black eye. haha. hope it works out well for you! =)

Dec 5, 2008 - if you have wide eyes...i would apply the liquid liner really thin. actually, i probably wouldn't even bring the liner past the halfway mark. so i would start it near the halfway mark of my eye and go outward from there. try to keep the line as thin as you can. hope this helps.
