Dec 5, 2008 - Neat news. I'm not sure about the Comcast part though. Usage of TCP-Resets isn't exactly "throttling," and it's non-disclosure to customers (or Comcast Tech-support personnel) in using the resets was a major issue in the FCC complaint and public hearings.
