That why it called LAW ENFORCEMENT, the fact the some law enforcement agencies want to defer and ignore this criminal activity happing right under there noses is just a poor excuse for not doing there jobs, they ones we paid them to do. Luego de la independencia son de México y se separan por Iturbide pues rechazaron un gobierno monarquico, Chiapas se reune al promulgarse la constitución de 1824. Es la versión que conozco pero investigaré.
