Nov 23, 2008 - They became independant from Microsoft, but they still are collaborated with them on this project. Look at the end of the video. The "break off" was just so that Bungie didn't have to follow Microsoft's every command.

I am a vivid video game player, but this i dont know much about, is it a download, or a game you buy at the store? And is this halo keep it clean? to me from wat i see from this trailer, this gmae is like star war's republic comando game, same thing but darker, more information would make me happy lol

Nov 23, 2008 - It's a seperate, side-story to Halo 3 that is it's own game disc in store. However, all the multiplayer side of it is the exact Halo 3 stuff, with the Halo 3 maps as well. But the campaign is 4 player coop, and you are an ODST. The gameplay is exactly like Halo 3, but a bit stealthier (it's an FPS).

Nov 23, 2008 - like i asid im a vividvideo gamer, i know all teh basics, and later on tonight im going to my once am onth halo online party at my friends house, i know at halos like, its just iidk, with all the fake videos on youtube and all the halo wars demo which i havnt looked into, im gettng mixed up, but obvously multiplayer wil be a bit different, and i dont own a 360 but im getting one this or next month, im jsut surprised on why this hasnt been advertised as much as it should

Nov 23, 2008 - It has been. It's been everywhere on youtube and bungie. It's just that it's not like a big whole new thing. It's just a side-story to Halo 3, and only a small team of ppl are working on it at Bungie. This is just one of their smaller projects.

Nov 23, 2008 - hey according to halopedia there is going to be a BETA for this available on the normal halo 3 for download (like the H3 beta for crackdown) but since halopedia always goes slow when i try to go on it i can't remember if it's true or not so have a look for yourselves
