People can be so cruel. One of our cats was hanged. He can no longer meow and he has trouble making it to the litter box on time although he tries very hard. Our yellow lab was found starving roaming the streets with a 12 foot long, 3 inch diameter chain around his neck. Two other puppies were starving and almost dead. One of our cats is permantly blind in one eye. We don't turn ANY animal away. We care for them all, even if it means doing so out of our own pocket.
