Just as long as you can say you had a great time, that's all that really matters! You can always get back on track... Usually the 1 week indulgences fall off faster than the 1 month ones so RELAX! Dec 4, 2008 - Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFOThe only advice i can add is do it the all natural way if you want it to stay off. It has to be a lifestyle change not a quick fix you know? Don't do any crazy diets and don't starve yourself, keep it it 4-5 small meals throughout the day and excercise at least an hour daily, just light excercises to get you started untill you develop a routine. Also start doing 10 pushups/situps every hour if you can of cou
